Making an Appointment

How to Book

You can book an appointment by:

• Phone: Call us on 02 9181 2933 during business hours.
• Online: Complete our New Patient Form or Appointment Request Form through our website.
• In Person: Visit our reception team to arrange a time.

Email communication is not suitable for booking appointments. Please call the clinic directly to secure your appointment time.

New Patients

If you are visiting us for the first time, please complete the New Patient Form online before your appointment. You may also complete this form on the day, but arriving 10 minutes early is recommended.

• All new patients will be charged at non-concession rates for their first visit, including pensioners, concession card holders, and patients who have not attended the practice in the past 24 months.

Referrals and Medicare Rebates

• For specialist appointments, Medicare requires a referral from your GP to claim your rebate.
• A GP referral is valid for 12 months.
• A referral from a specialist is valid for 3 months.
• You can see a doctor without a referral, but you may not be eligible for a Medicare rebate for that visit.

Our reception staff are always happy to answer questions about referrals or rebates when you make a booking.
